Enough is enough.
Despite our call to arms back in 2007, the typeface is still in circulation, perhaps even gaining popularity. This nearly illegible font is used, time and again, on billboards, menus, and packaging throughout our region.
This is upstate New York, people. Not Egypt.
Still not convinced?

Crappy papy!!!
Too many comments today?
Haha. I've been saying this about Papyrus for years!! I hope it becomes an ancient relic like its land of origin. In fact, if I were Egypt, I would be embarassed of the association. I often look to Egyptian art for inspiration, and never once have I used Papyrus.
Death to Papyrus! (shaking fist)
It is said that Zapfino is the blundering little sister to Papyrus. Poor, poor fonts.
Papyrus rocks...a friend of all designers. Attack the elite...Adobe Garamond or Copperplate.
Damn, papyrus is still around. Even the extra narrow, compressed and super-wide versions. Unbelievable.
